This 16-character 2-line LCD module (white on a blue background) with I2C / TWI interface is compatible with Arduino and Gadgeteer.
The i2c interface is very practical compared to the parallel interface currently used on this type of display, since it uses far fewer pins (2 channels + power + GND).
