The PCB has two sides. One side for the pin size
of 0.65 mm, the other side for the pin size of 1.27 mm.
One side for 1.27mm pin pitch size, it can be
used for most SO, SOP, SOIC to 2.54mm DIP.
B side for 0.65mm pin pitch size, it can be used
for most SSOP, TSSOP, MSOP to 2.54mm DIP
